Purchasing Broken Mentality products

By placing an order with Broken Mentality, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, you should contact us prior to placing your order. We must receive payment in full for the price of the goods and shipping before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm the acceptance of your order by way of an email, sent to the email address you provide on your order. Upon acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible should you order an item which is unavailable. You will then have the option to receive a full refund or to exchange your item(s) for an alternative.

Making changes to orders

Please note, we can make no guarantees in terms of changes to your order. If you wish to make a change to your order, you should message us on Instagram at the earliest opportunity. If an order has been fulfilled by the manufacturer, our team cannot cancel or amend it. If you wish to make changes to your order, you should cancel it at the earliest opportunity and place a new order. Once the order has been fulfilled this cancellation will not be possible.

Returns and exchange policy

As a company opposed to fast fashion and attempting to limit the transit miles of our items, we have a ZERO RETURNS policy except for exceptional circumstances. Additionally, given that we donate a percentage of the profits to charity, we are unable to offer refunds on orders. Whilst we understand that this policy may upset potential customers, we hope that you understand how this aligns to our pledge. Should you be unhappy with an item, we encourage you to donate it to a friend or a local charity shop so that someone else may appreciate it.

If you believe your order may fall into the category of exceptional circumstances, then you need to message us on Instagram at the earliest opportunity. 28 days after the order, we will be unable to assist at all in this area. 

V.A.T

All product prices include vat, and the final price paid by the customer includes vat and delivery costs. All other costs incurred are your responsibility. 

Product descriptions

All product descriptions have been made as accurate as possible. We do understand that some variances may occur in colour and texture. If you have any queries at all regarding a product or you simply require further information then please contact us via Instagram. We will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser app/software or computer system used by you. Please also note that product measurements and dimensions are approximate.

Use of our name, logo and designs

Our name, logo and designs are copyrighted and intellectual property of Broken Mentality. Any use of our name, logo and designs is prohibited without prior written permission of Broken Mentality.

Any retail items that infringe our copyright will be reported to our legal team, and we reserve the right to seek prosecution and damages.
